Return and Refund Policy

At GIOVANNI BOULERA, customer satisfaction is important to us. Returns, exchanges, and refunds relating to purchased products are processed subject to the following terms and conditions.

1. Return Period

Consumers may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date on which they receive the product, without providing any reason and without incurring any penalty.

In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, GIOVANNI BOULERA allows customers to submit a return request within 30 days from the product delivery date, provided that the return conditions specified below are met.

Where multiple products placed under the same order are delivered on different dates, the return period begins on the date the final product is delivered.

2. Submitting a Return Request

Before initiating a return, customers must contact us through one of the following channels:

Providing the following information when submitting a return request will help us process it more quickly:

• Full name

• Order number

• Product to be returned

• Reason for the return request

• Photographs or videos showing any defect, where applicable

Once the return request has been received, the customer will be informed of the applicable shipping method and return shipping details. Products sent without contacting us in advance may take longer to identify and inspect.

3. Return Address

After receiving the return shipping instructions from us, products must be sent to the following address:

We recommend writing the order number and the name of the person who placed the order on the return package.

4. Return Conditions

A returned product must not have been used beyond what is reasonably necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functionality.

Where reasonably possible, the following items supplied with the product should be returned in full:

• The product itself

• Original product box and packaging

• Product tags

• Protective paper and packaging materials

• Complimentary or promotional products supplied with the order

• Invoice or order information

Opening the original packaging does not, by itself, remove the statutory right of withdrawal. However, if the product has been used beyond what is necessary for inspection, stained, washed, ironed, exposed to perfume or cosmetic products, damaged, or otherwise reduced in resale value, the consumer may be held responsible for the resulting loss in value.

5. Products That Cannot Be Returned

Subject to the exceptions provided under applicable legislation, the right of withdrawal may not apply to:

• Products specially manufactured according to the customer’s instructions or personal measurements

• Products personalized with a name, initials, logo, or custom design

• Products whose standard characteristics have been altered at the customer’s request

• Products unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons where their protective packaging, seal, tape, or wrapping has been opened after delivery

• Other products falling within statutory exceptions to the right of withdrawal

Consumers’ statutory rights regarding products delivered in a defective, faulty, incorrect, or damaged condition remain reserved.

6. Defective, Damaged, Incomplete or Incorrect Products

We kindly ask customers to inspect their orders upon delivery.

If a product is defective, damaged, incomplete, or different from the product ordered, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible following delivery by emailing info@giovanniboulera.com. Please include your order number and photographs or videos showing the issue.

If our inspection confirms that the product is defective, damaged, incomplete, or was sent incorrectly, the return or exchange will be completed free of charge. In such cases, return shipping costs will be covered by GIOVANNI BOULERA.

If the shipping package shows visible signs of crushing, tearing, water damage, or opening at the time of delivery, we recommend asking the courier to prepare a damage assessment report. The absence of such a report does not remove the consumer’s statutory rights.

7. Return Shipping Costs

When exercising the statutory right of withdrawal, the return must be sent using the contracted courier company and shipping method communicated to the customer. Return shipping costs will be covered in accordance with the applicable legislation.

Return shipping costs for products that are defective, damaged, incomplete, or incorrectly supplied will be covered by GIOVANNI BOULERA.

If the additional 30-day return option provided by GIOVANNI BOULERA is used after the statutory 14-day withdrawal period has expired, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping costs where the product is not defective. Customers must contact us for current return shipping instructions before sending a product.

Any additional costs arising from using a courier company other than the contracted courier or from shipping a product contrary to the communicated instructions may be charged to the customer.

8. Product Inspection

Once a returned product reaches our warehouse, it will be inspected to determine whether it meets the applicable return conditions. The customer will be informed of the outcome by email or telephone.

If the product is found to have been used beyond what is reasonably necessary for inspection or to have been damaged, the resulting loss in value may be deducted from the refund amount to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Where the product is defective or was supplied incorrectly, the consumer’s statutory rights and available remedies remain reserved.

9. Refunds

After we receive the withdrawal notice, all payments collected from the customer will be refunded within the period prescribed by applicable law.

GIOVANNI BOULERA may withhold the refund until the returned product has been received or until the customer provides evidence that the product has been sent back, whichever occurs first.

Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase. Due to processing times applied by banks and payment service providers, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in the relevant account or on the payment card. Processing times attributable to banks are beyond the control of GIOVANNI BOULERA.

For purchases made in instalments, the method and timing by which the refund appears on the payment card may vary according to the customer’s bank.

The standard delivery charge will be refunded in accordance with applicable legislation when the statutory right of withdrawal is exercised. Additional costs resulting from the customer selecting a premium or express delivery option that is more expensive than standard delivery may not be refundable.

Unless otherwise agreed, refunds for purchases made using a gift card will be credited back to the gift card balance.

10. Exchanges

To request an exchange, please contact us at info@giovanniboulera.com or through one of our telephone numbers.

An exchange may be completed if the requested replacement product is available in stock. If the requested product is unavailable, the customer will be offered the option of choosing another product or receiving a refund.

The customer will be informed if there is any price difference. For discounted or promotional products, the transaction will be based on the amount paid when the original order was placed.

The shipping cost of sending the replacement product may be charged to the customer depending on the reason for the exchange and the applicable promotional terms. Exchange costs for defective, damaged, incomplete, or incorrectly supplied products will be covered by GIOVANNI BOULERA.

11. Order Cancellations

To cancel an order that has not yet been dispatched, customers should contact us as soon as possible.

If the order has already been dispatched, the applicable delivery and return process will apply. Orders for personalized products may not be cancelled once production has begun.

12. Promotional and Complimentary Products

If multiple products were purchased together as part of a promotion and the conditions of that promotion are no longer satisfied as a result of a return, the refund amount may be recalculated in accordance with the current promotional conditions applicable to the retained products.

Complimentary products supplied with an order must also be returned unused. If a complimentary product is not returned, its retail value may be deducted from the refund amount to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, discounted or promotional products may be returned in accordance with applicable legislation and this policy.

13. International Orders

Return conditions for international orders may vary according to the destination country, local consumer protection legislation, customs procedures, and the rules of the relevant carrier.

For international returns, customers must obtain approval and shipping instructions from info@giovanniboulera.com before sending the product.

The refund of import taxes, customs duties, and other official charges is subject to the laws of the relevant country and the practices of the competent authorities. Any mandatory statutory rights available to consumers in their country of residence remain reserved.

This policy does not limit any mandatory rights arising under applicable consumer protection legislation. In the event of any inconsistency between this policy and applicable legislation, the provisions of the applicable legislation shall prevail.
