Shipping and Delivery Policy

At GIOVANNI BOULERA, we aim to provide our customers with a secure, fast, and transparent shopping experience. The shipping, delivery, return, and exchange processes for orders placed through our website are governed by the following terms and conditions.

1. Free Shipping

Shipping is free of charge for orders placed through the GIOVANNI BOULERA website.

Regardless of the order value or number of products purchased, customers are not charged for standard delivery. Standard shipping costs for delivering orders to customers are covered by GIOVANNI BOULERA.

No additional shipping or delivery charges will be collected without the customer’s explicit consent before delivery.

2. Order Preparation

Orders begin to be prepared once payment has been successfully confirmed.

During preparation, products undergo quality control and are carefully packaged to protect the delicate nature of the silk items.

Order preparation times may vary depending on:

  • Public holidays and weekends

  • Promotional periods and periods of high order volume

  • Personalized products

  • Made-to-order or pre-order products

  • Events of force majeure

  • Technical or operational requirements

If an unusual delay occurs during order preparation, the customer will be informed through the contact details provided when placing the order.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the delivery address, the courier company’s operating conditions, and the date on which the order was placed.

Unless otherwise specified, orders will be dispatched within the statutory period prescribed by applicable legislation. If no different delivery period has been agreed for an order placed online, the product will be dispatched within 30 days at the latest.

A longer delivery period may apply to personalized products, products prepared to custom measurements, or products sold on a pre-order basis. In such cases, the estimated delivery time will be communicated to the customer before or after the order is placed.

The courier company’s estimated delivery period begins once GIOVANNI BOULERA has handed the order over to the courier.

4. Shipment Tracking

Once an order has been handed over to the courier, a tracking number, where available, will be sent to the email address or telephone number provided by the customer when placing the order.

Customers may use the tracking number to check the status of their order.

5. Delivery Address

Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided by the customer during checkout. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the delivery information is accurate and complete.

If an address change is required after the order has been completed, the customer must contact us as soon as possible and before the order is handed over to the courier.

It may not always be possible to change the delivery address after an order has been dispatched. The address may be updated if permitted by the courier company.

If an order cannot be delivered and is returned to us because the customer provided an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact the customer. The standard shipping cost for resending the order will also be covered by GIOVANNI BOULERA.

6. Inspection Upon Delivery

We recommend that customers inspect the external packaging when receiving their shipment.

If the package shows any of the following signs, the customer may ask the courier to prepare a damage assessment report:

  • Tearing or opening

  • Crushing or denting

  • Water damage

  • Damage to the integrity of the packaging

  • Any other indication that the product may have been damaged

Where possible, we recommend taking photographs or recording a video of the package before accepting it and while opening it.

The absence of a damage assessment report does not remove any rights available to the customer under applicable consumer protection legislation.

7. Lost or Damaged Shipments

GIOVANNI BOULERA is responsible for any loss or damage occurring during transportation until the order is delivered to the customer or a third party designated by the customer.

Customers should contact us as soon as reasonably possible if the product arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incomplete

  • As an incorrect product

  • In an opened or damaged package

Providing the order number and photographs or videos showing the issue will help us complete the investigation more quickly.

If the issue is confirmed, a replacement product will be sent free of charge or a refund will be issued, depending on the customer’s preference. The customer will not be charged any shipping fees in connection with these procedures.

8. Free Return Shipping

At GIOVANNI BOULERA, return shipping is free of charge.

Shipping costs for returning products that meet the applicable return conditions are covered by GIOVANNI BOULERA. Customers are not charged any return shipping fees.

To benefit from free return shipping, customers must contact us using the following email address or one of our telephone numbers before sending the product:

Once the return request has been received, the customer will be informed of the courier company, shipping code, or shipping method to be used.

Customers may return the product free of charge using the contracted courier company and shipping method communicated to them. The return shipping cost will be paid directly by GIOVANNI BOULERA.

9. Free Exchange Shipping

Where a product meeting the applicable return conditions is exchanged:

  • The cost of returning the product to GIOVANNI BOULERA; and

  • The cost of sending the replacement product to the customer

will be covered by GIOVANNI BOULERA.

Customers are not charged shipping fees for exchanges. Exchanges are subject to the requested product being available in stock.

If the requested product is unavailable, the customer will be offered the option of selecting another product or receiving a refund.

10. Return Period

Consumers may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date on which the product is delivered, without providing any reason and without incurring any penalty.

In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, GIOVANNI BOULERA allows customers to submit a return request within 30 days from the product delivery date, provided that the applicable return conditions are met.

Returns and refunds are processed in accordance with the Return and Refund Policy published on our website.

Return shipping costs for eligible returns submitted within the applicable return period are covered by GIOVANNI BOULERA.

After receiving the relevant shipping instructions from us, products for return or exchange must be sent to:

12. Undeliverable Orders

If the recipient is unavailable at the delivery address, the courier company may attempt delivery again, contact the customer, or hold the package at the relevant courier branch.

Orders that are not collected within the courier company’s holding period may be returned to GIOVANNI BOULERA.

We will contact the customer regarding any order returned to us. If the customer requests that the order be sent again, the standard reshipping cost will be covered by GIOVANNI BOULERA.

If the customer wishes to cancel the order, the return and refund process will be carried out in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

13. Shipping Delays

We take reasonable care to ensure that orders are delivered on time. However, delivery delays may occur due to:

  • Adverse weather conditions

  • Natural disasters

  • War, epidemics, or states of emergency

  • Public holidays

  • Periods of high promotional demand

  • Transportation disruptions

  • Operational issues experienced by the courier company

  • Customs procedures

  • Decisions or actions of public authorities

  • Other events beyond the reasonable control of GIOVANNI BOULERA

If a delay occurs, the customer will be informed as soon as reasonably possible. These provisions do not limit any rights available to the customer under applicable legislation.

14. International Shipping

For international orders, standard shipping costs stated as free of charge on the website during checkout will also be covered by GIOVANNI BOULERA.

However, the following charges that may be imposed under the laws of the destination country are separate from shipping fees:

  • Customs duties

  • Import taxes

  • Customs clearance fees

  • Country-specific official charges

  • Storage charges or fees resulting from goods being held at customs

Whether these charges apply depends on the laws and regulations of the destination country. Unless expressly stated otherwise before the order is placed, such official taxes and charges may be payable by the customer.

For international returns, customers must obtain return approval and shipping instructions from info@giovanniboulera.com before sending the product. When the shipping method communicated by GIOVANNI BOULERA is used, the return shipping cost will be covered by our company.

Any mandatory consumer rights available in the customer’s country of residence remain reserved.
